Incoming Inspection:

• Inspect raw materials, components, and packaging materials upon arrival.
• Verify supplier documentation, certificates, and compliance with specifications.
• Record and report non-conformities or deviations found in incoming goods.
• Segregate non-conforming materials and communicate with procurement or QA.

In-Process Inspection:

• Conduct routine checks during production to monitor process quality.
• Verify compliance with work instructions, specifications, and control plans.
• Identify process deviations and inform relevant production or quality staff.
• Support operators in understanding and maintaining quality standards.

Outgoing / Final Inspection:

• Inspect finished products before release or dispatch.
• Ensure packaging, labelling, and documentation meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Approve or reject final products based on inspection criteria.
• Maintain traceability and inspection records for audit and customer reference.

Lab Inspection / Testing:

• Collect and test samples (raw materials, in-process, or finished goods) as per lab testing protocols.
• Conduct basic lab analyses (e.g., moisture content, viscosity, hardness, pH, etc.) depending on industry.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

General Responsibilities:

• Accurately document inspection results in QC checklists or digital systems.
• Report quality issues promptly and participate in corrective/preventive action discussions.
• Ensure inspection tools and measuring instruments are calibrated and used correctly.
• Responsible in maintaining good communication | disciplines and relation with team members, and superiors.
• Responsible for meeting Good Manufacturing practices and housekeeping requirements at all times.
• Perform and maintain the personnel hygiene & housekeeping
• Promoting excellent food safety quality culture
• Document test results accurately and report any out-of-spec findings.
• Ensure lab cleanliness, calibration, and safety procedures are maintained.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
