• Monitor and maintain the company’s IT systems, networks and hardware.
• Provide IT technical support to employees and resolve daily IT issues.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, internet, software and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and system configurations.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates and backups.
• Monitor network and system performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Install and configure computers, software, printers and other IT equipment.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper inventory of equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when required.
• Assist in implementing IT security procedures and protect company data.
• Prepare basic IT reports and documentation.
• Carry out other IT-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
