About the Role

Ascencio Sdn Bhd is looking for a Veterinarian / Veterinary Sales Affairs Executive to support the growth of Hill’s Pet Nutrition products through veterinary engagement, technical product education, clinic development, and sales activities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified veterinarian with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage veterinary professionals and pet industry customers.

Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant veterinary experience; experience in veterinary practice, pet nutrition, pharmaceutical, or animal health industry is an advantage.
• Strong interest in pet nutrition, veterinary products, and clinical application.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to conduct technical presentations and in-clinic seminars (ICS).
• Commercially driven with the ability to support sales and business development activities.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Key Responsibilities / Work Scope

• Conduct In-Clinic Seminars (ICS) and technical product presentations to veterinary professionals.
• Promote Hill’s Pet Nutrition products through regular veterinary engagement and customer activities.
• Support sales initiatives and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with veterinary clinics and pet shops within assigned territories.
• Identify and follow up on sales and business development opportunities.
• Maintain regular reporting on activities, market feedback, customer engagement, and field insights.
• Support seminars, product launches, exhibitions, and other company sales activities as required.
• Travel within assigned territories to ensure effective market and customer coverage.
