Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays (with off days provided).

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines (preferred).

SPM holders with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome.

Develop business opportunities with property developers, hotels, contractors, architects, interior designers, and government agencies.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

Manage projects from enquiry through delivery and completion.

Build long-term relationships with key project customers.

Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
