Job Overview

Fiamma Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to support and coordinate daily warehousing operations in Bukit Raja, Selangor.

You will play an important role in ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth warehouse operations, and timely delivery of products to customers.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a warehouse, logistics, or warehouse coordinator role.

• Experience in the retail or consumer products industry is an advantage.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

• Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work effectively and collaboratively with different teams.

• Familiar with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.

• Proactive and solutions-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.

• Liaise with the logistics team to plan and schedule product deliveries.

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

• Supervise and train warehouse team members while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.

• Coordinate stock-taking and stock rotation activities.

• Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks within the warehouse.

• Recommend and implement solutions to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise warehouse operations and support overall business objectives.
