• Manage and support full-spectrum HR operations
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support to employees and management
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer and resignation processes
• Assist in performance management, training and employee engagement activities
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures and internal processes
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment requirements
• Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related analysis

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
