Minimum 4–6 years of experience in branding, content marketing, social media or creative production.

Strong understanding of short-video platforms, personal branding and social media growth.

Able to lead content strategy while remaining hands-on in planning and production.

Good sense of branding, visuals, storytelling and commercial content.

Comfortable directing employees or management during video shoots.

Strong communication, project management and team leadership skills.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Experience in logistics, B2B marketing, media, MCN or influencer management is an advantage.

Plan and manage content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Create monthly content calendars and oversee video production, photography, copywriting, editing and publishing.

Build and manage selected employees' professional personal brands and short-video accounts.

Develop suitable IP positioning, content themes and on-camera styles for management, sales staff and other company representatives.

Produce logistics-related short videos, company stories, employee content, recruitment content and promotional campaigns.

Manage videographers, content creators, influencers, KOLs and external creative vendors.

Monitor content performance, audience growth, engagement and business enquiries, and continuously improve the content strategy.

Support exhibitions, corporate events, recruitment branding and other marketing initiatives.
