The purpose of this role is to provide site support to the HR leaders and teams that reside within FCSCAP in KL People Services & Solutions Hub and be part of the HR Operations Team.

This role will :

• Manage day-to-day administrative and logistic matters whilst maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
• Manage HR Operations matters which includes employee lifecycle， case management， chat inquiries etc.

The purpose of the People Services Officer Tier 1 is to process 1st line employee requests. This role is responsible for providing timely and effective 1st line HR support to employees. These requests are more generic in nature but it is key to adhere with our global blueprint. The complexity of this is characterized by deviations/retroactivity, which may require additional analysis. This role is the point of contact for the customer and answers generic questions from all employees, managers, HR Business Partners and experts. In this role, you have knowledge of the collective labor agreement, manuals, systems and processes and can make connections and analyze them. You will be responsible for first line requests in Tier 1 and providing solutions to employees for these requests. You will work closely with your line manager, Tier 2, and HR stakeholders to develop and implementoperational strategies that align with the organisation's values, culture, and objectives.

What we ask

Education Details & Working Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources， Management， Hospitality and equivalent
• Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively support stakeholders in Thai‑speaking markets
• Minimum 2 years of working experience within the scope of Office Admin or HR Admin， OR
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as HR Operations
• Has experience in managing team engagement events

• Able to multitask and prioritise
• Detail-oriented and Proactive in managing tasks
• Tech Savvy : able to use Canva， PowerPoint， Microsoft excel

Work Schedules

• Assist in planning appointments， board meetings， conferences， away days etc.
• Supports travel arrangements that may be outside CWT.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail， letters， packages etc).
• Manages visitor agenda and logistics for HR teams.
• Manage and lead team engagement events， team building events where necessary and represent HR team in centre wide engagements

Office administration

• Works with the site MA’s to manage facilities for office
• Handle all procurement matters for the department/ company
• Manage the office layout， workspace arrangements and department assets such as stationeries， cabinets etc
• Assist with documentation and fillings where required
• Manage new joiner onboarding and access cards for the department where needed.
• Manage dept communications and act as liaison between HR and other dept in the centre

HR Operations

• Manage HR Tickets and Support Employee Inquiries in the scope of HR Operations
• Support employee lifecycle processes which include employee data updates， letter generations etc.
• Support reporting and documentations where needed.
