Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day office operations, including administrative and coordination duties, data entry, and record management.

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls and various channels (Email, WhatsApp) in a professional and timely manner. 

• Maintain and regularly update the client information database to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Coordinate billing matters and ensure proper documentation of payments and transactions.

• Support customer service and general office operations

• Provide relevant support and other ad-hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holders and undergraduates in relevant fields are welcome.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools

• Organised, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Can start work immediately and long-term commitment will be an added advantage.

Salary

• Negotiable (progressive with commitment period)

• Performance and attendance bonus
