About the role

Forest Cloud Beverage Company is looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Kota Damansara HQ.

Salary: RM3,000–RM4,000 per month

Employment type: Full-time

Work arrangement: On-site

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and assign duties to warehouse staff.

• Coordinate the receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is recorded accurately.

• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control.

• Ensure products are stored safely and arranged according to warehouse procedures.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and workplace safety.

• Monitor staff attendance, productivity and work performance.

• Coordinate with the production, purchasing, sales and delivery teams.

• Prepare warehouse reports and resolve operational issues, delays or damaged goods.

• Ensure warehouse procedures and company policies are followed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations is preferred.

• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.

• Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse documentation.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Able to work at Kota Damansara.
