Azimuth Energy Sdn. Bhd. is an engineering and energy solutions company serving the oil & gas industry, providing products and solutions for industrial and offshore applications.

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and proactive individual to join our team as:

JUNIOR LOGISTICS & INVENTORY EXECUTIVE

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate deliveries, collections and transportation arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods, stock checking and inventory records.
• Assist with packing, loading, unloading and movement of goods when required.
• Monitor shipments, deliveries and order status.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers and customers.
• Prepare and check delivery orders, shipping documents and other relevant paperwork.
• Assist with supplier sourcing, RFQs, PRs, POs and quotation comparisons.
• Maintain accurate stock records and an organised warehouse.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen only.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Responsible, organised, proactive and willing to learn.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling goods and performing warehouse duties when required.
• Willing to perform both office coordination and hands-on logistics operations.
