- Perform routine inspection, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on industrial electrical systems, control panels, motors, and manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues using diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, thermal cameras).
- Install, wire, and commission new electrical components, conduits, fixtures, and power distribution units.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Inspect and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), relays, sensors, and automated control systems.
- Adhere strictly to company safety rules, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and local electrical codes/regulations.
- Maintain clear logs of maintenance activities, parts replacement, and system inspections.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize operational downtime.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Technical diploma, vocational certificate, or completion of an electrician apprenticeship program.
- Certification/License: Valid electrician license or certification required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an electrician in a factory, plant, or industrial manufacturing environment.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
