Kickstart your career with our 9-month Graduate Trainee Program, designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on industry experience through structured training and on-the-job exposure.

Intake: December 2026

• Location: HQ, Shah Alam, Selangor
• Putrajaya/Kuala Lumpur
• Gua Musang, Kelantan
• Simpang Pulai, Perak
• Kedah
• Sg Lipis, Pahang
• Negeri Sembilan

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in

• Civil Engineering
• Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
• Human Resouces & Administration
• Accounting / Finance Management

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Possess a valid car/motorcycle driving licence

Willing to relocate and travel when required

Benefits:

9-month structured training program

Monthly allowance: RM2,000 (subject to SOCSO & EIS deductions)

Annual Leave (AL) & Medical Leave (MC)
