Job Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, receiving, storage, and issuance of electrical and instrumentation materials.
• Monitor material availability to support project construction schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site personnel for timely material deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and stock control reports.
• Verify materials received against specifications, packing lists, and purchase orders.
• Monitor material consumption and conduct material reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of transformers, switchgears, instruments, cables, and other E&I equipment.
• Coordinate material inspections with QA/QC personnel.
• Prepare material status reports and shortage lists.
• Support project teams in material planning and forecasting.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in material management for industrial or construction projects.
• Knowledge of E&I materials and equipment.
• Experience in inventory and warehouse management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with material preservation requirements.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
