Requirements

- 具备至少3年项目工程相关领域的工作经验。
- 熟悉冷热水和卫生管道系统的设计、安装和维护。
- 具备良好的项目管理和组织协调能力。
- 能够独立解决技术问题，并具备分析和解决问题的能力。
- 熟练使用AutoCAD等工程绘图软件。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Responsibilities
- 负责项目规划、执行和监控，确保项目按时按预算完成。
- 协调和管理项目团队，包括工程师、技术人员和分包商。
- 进行现场勘查和技术评估，解决项目实施过程中遇到的技术问题。
- 与客户、供应商和其他利益相关者保持有效沟通，确保项目顺利进行。
- 编制项目报告、技术文档和工程图纸。
- 监督项目质量控制和安全管理，确保符合相关标准和法规。
- 参与项目成本估算和预算管理。
