  • No experience required; previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn and assist the kitchen team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
  • Able to work well as part of a team.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

岗位职责

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare ingredients and perform mise en place.
  • Assist with cooking, plating and food preparation.
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food.
  • Assist during busy service periods.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as required.
