Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
Preferably three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, laboratory testing, process support, or failure analysis. Fresh diploma holders with relevant practical training may also be considered.
Able to follow test methods, control plans, SOPs, and work instructions.
Skilled in sample preparation, visual inspection, measurement, safe equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting.
Able to record findings accurately and work with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
Experience in medical device manufacturing or working with ISO 13485 requirements is an advantage.
Experience using AI agents for work is an advantage.
2. Job Responsibilities
Prepare and track samples for failure analysis while maintaining traceability.
Carry out visual inspections, dimensional checks, basic tests, and equipment-assisted analysis under engineering guidance.
Record test conditions, observations, measurements, photographs, and results accurately.
Support defect verification, root-cause investigations, process trials, and corrective-action checks.
Maintain tools, gauges, fixtures, test equipment, calibration status, and consumables.
Report unusual findings, repeated defects, equipment issues, and safety or quality risks promptly.
Follow safety requirements, quality procedures, and confidentiality rules.
