Role Description This full-time Assistant Business Development Manager role at XTS TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD is an on-site position based in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves supporting the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals and quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up with potential and existing clients. The assistant will help manage client accounts, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on business development activities. This role also collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely delivery of solutions, and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, sales support, and account coordination.
• Competence in market research, data analysis, and preparing business development reports.
• Ability to draft proposals, quotations, and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging prospective and existing clients.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or industrial/technology solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, travel to client locations when needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong professional ethics, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
