Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Direct experience overseeing vehicle maintenance schedules, contract terminations, and vehicle disposal procedures.

• Hands-on experience coordinating vehicle insurance renewals, payments, collections, and compliance documentation.

• Proficiency in data tracking, cost monitoring, and preparing operational reports.

Core Competencies:

• Strong customer service and account management skills to address client enquiries and resolve daily operational issues.

• Excellent organizational and vendor management skills to coordinate with workshops, insurers, and external providers.

• Analytical mindset for cost control and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Manage customer accounts, vehicle maintenance, contract termination, and vehicle disposal.

Handle customer inquiries and daily operational matters.

Coordinate insurance renewals, payments, collections, and related documentation.

Monitor maintenance activities and ensure smooth fleet operations.

Prepare reports, track costs, and support process improvement initiatives
