Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef

Chinese cuisine experience is an advantage

Good leadership and teamwork skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards

Supervise and guide kitchen staff

Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness

Monitor ingredients, stock, and food wastage

Ensure smooth and timely food preparation during service

Train junior kitchen staff when required

Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef/Management
