Diploma or above qualification

Good communication and coordination skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and empathetic

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia will be preferred

跟进福利援助个案

协调医院、受惠者及相关单位沟通

策划及执行福利活动与社区服务

处理行政工作及个案资料管理

协助完成上级安排的其他工作

Follow up on welfare assistance cases

Coordinate communication between hospitals, beneficiaries, and relevant parties

Plan and execute welfare activities and community service programs

Handle administrative tasks and maintain case documentation records

Assist with other duties assigned by the management team
