Working Hours:

• 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Weekdays)

• Required to work on Public Holidays (by shift arrangement)

• Remote support (Work From Home) / Hybrid (if applicable)

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Business IT or related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of:

  • Software application support

  • Windows operating system

  • Basic troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge in POS system / ERP system is an advantage
  

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills (especially in handling customers)

• Patient and service-oriented mindset

• Responsible and able to work independently

• Able to handle urgent situations calmly

• Experience in customer support / helpdesk

• Familiar with remote support tools
