• Previous experience in retail, beauty, skincare or customer service is an advantage

• Passionate about beauty, skincare and cosmetics

• Confident and proactive when approaching customers

For Senior Beauty Advisor

• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory retail role is preferred

• Able to take ownership of daily store operations and sales performance

• Able to coach, support and motivate team members

• Confident in leading the team on the sales floor
