We are looking for a Recovery / Collection Advisor to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and follow up on customer accounts with outstanding payments
• Contact customers through calls and appropriate communication channels
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements and secure Promise to Pay (PTP)
• Follow up on payment commitments and manage broken promises
• Achieve individual and team collection targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and account updates
• Handle customer objections and enquiries professionally
• Work together with the team to achieve department goals

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Age 20 – 35 years old
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in Collection / Debt Recovery / Credit Control
• Own transportation and laptop
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident speaking with customers
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High commitment, responsible and target-oriented
• Positive attitude and willing to learn

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
