Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and highly organized Business Development, Marketing & Sales Intern to join our recycling management team. This role is ideal for a proactive candidate who excels in interpersonal communication, enjoys building client relationships, and wants hands-on exposure to corporate sales, digital marketing, and tender management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in contacting potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Support customer follow-ups and maintain good client relationships.
• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate and attend customer meetings when required.
• Assist in managing social media and digital marketing activities.
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports.
• Work closely with the Business Development team on daily operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or any field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Candidates must possess and use their own laptop for daily tasks.
