We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew member to join our team at our location in SS15 Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the high standards of hospitality that define our business. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment whilst contributing directly to guest satisfaction and team success.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant or customer service environment, or a willingness to learn in a supportive setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests

• A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy service periods

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout a shift

• Fluency in English and Malay is advantageous, particularly for engaging with our diverse clientele

• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them promptly according to restaurant procedures

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and quality standards

• Checking in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests

• Clearing tables efficiently and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area throughout service

• Processing payments from guests and handling cash or card transactions accurately

• Assisting with general restaurant duties including setting tables, and preparing the dining area for service

• Adhering to food safety, hygiene and health standards at all times

• Working collaboratively with kitchen/bar and other team members to ensure smooth service flow

• Providing recommendations to guests regarding menu items and beverages when requested
