Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in daily operations.

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Ensure invoices and other receivables are issued accurately and on time.

• Monitor daily cash collections and follow up on overdue payments.

• Work with relevant departments to resolve payment and billing issues.

• Verify guest deposits and process refunds according to company policies.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Front Desk teams on deposit deductions, damage claims, and refund requests.

• Maintain accurate records of guest deposits, refunds, and receivables.

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all payments are correctly recorded.

• Supervise, coach, and support the AR team to achieve departmental goals.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all AR transactions.

• Work closely with Operations, Front Desk, Reservations, Property Management, and Finance to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience

• Experience in hospitality, property management, Airbnb, or short-term rental operations is an advantage.

• Able to read and speak Mandarin is a MUST, as this position is required to review Alipay records

• Proficient in SQL, accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
