Construction Manager

Project: New Build Construction
Location: Batu Ferringhi
Employment Type: Contract (12–24 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor construction schedules and productivity.
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of site construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.
• Experience in new-build projects is mandatory.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
