About Us
Outdoor Venture is a leading distributor and retailer of sports and outdoor apparel, footwear and accessories. We represent well-known international brands and operate retail stores across Singapore and Malaysia.
We are looking for a responsible and organised
HR & Admin Assistant
to join our team and support our daily HR and office administration activities.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance checking and leave administration.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements and onboarding of new staff.
Prepare HR letters, employment contracts and other staff-related documents.
Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Handle staff medical claims, insurance matters and employee benefits.
Support staff training arrangements and government grant applications.
Assist in organising company events and staff activities.
Handle general office administration, filing and other daily administrative duties.
Provide support for HR projects and process improvements.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience.
Basic knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and CPF is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

across Singapore and Malaysia under The North Face,
specialty running store chain Running Lab and an active
lifestyle concept, Liv Activ.
