QC EXECUTIVE

Company: KL Supreme Feedmill Sdn. Bhd.
Position: QC Executive
Salary: RM3,500 per month
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Off Day: Sunday

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of raw materials, production processes and finished products.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and sampling throughout the production process.
• Ensure all products comply with company quality standards, food safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Monitor production hygiene, cleanliness and workplace conditions.
• Identify, investigate and report any quality issues or non-conformities.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection records and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to quality control and food safety.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and traceability of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO and food safety standards will be an added advantage.
• Good observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with the production team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
