WE ARE HIRING: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Job Scope:

• Design creative and engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels.
• Create marketing materials such as posters, promotional graphics, advertisements, banners and campaign visuals for multiple clinics.
• Develop creative designs for healthcare campaigns, promotions, events and brand awareness.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content Team to produce visuals that align with campaign objectives.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent branding across different clinics.
• Edit and resize designs according to different social media formats and advertising requirements.
• Generate fresh creative ideas to improve audience engagement and marketing performance.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from the management and marketing team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Design or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or other relevant design software.
• Experience creating social media content, marketing materials and digital advertising creatives.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to think outside the box.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience designing for clinics, healthcare or medical brands is an added advantage.
