任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD or other related software.
- Experience: experience in construction, building services, or Manufacturing industrial (semiconductor, electronic, automotive and data centre) - min 3 years experience.
岗位职责
- System Design: Able to Calculate heating and cooling loads, size ductwork and piping, and select equipment like chillers, air handling units, and fans.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure designs meet local building codes, mechanical codes, and energy standards
- Testing and Commissioning: Inspect job sites, oversee system installation, and test equipment for proper operation.
- Able to propose technical to suit with client's budgeting (to prepare quoation based on client request)
- Project Coordination: Work with clients and sub-contractors to integrate systems into buildings.
- Drafting and Modeling: Create 2D and 3D layout plans using tools like AutoCAD
