• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass
  Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Experience in supervising or leading junior marketing personnel is preferred.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and lead
  generation.

• Experience in managing marketing campaigns, events, and corporate
  communications.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools will be an
  advantage.

• Familiarity with social media management platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and
  digital advertising tools.

• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in renewable energy, engineering, construction, technology, or related
  industries is an added advantage.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and team supervision. The
successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Head to develop and implement
marketing campaigns, manage corporate branding initiatives, oversee content creation and
digital marketing activities, and ensure the effective execution of all marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Head in planning and executing marketing strategies and
  campaigns.

• Manage dealer relationships by serving as the main marketing contact, coordinating
  onboarding, training and ongoing support, maintaining accurate dealer information,
  and gathering market feedback to strengthen long-term channel performance.

• Plan and execute dealer promotions, product launches, events and local market
  activations while coordinating marketing materials, monitoring brand compliance,
  conducting market visits, and tracking competitor activities.

• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Manage digital marketing, content, social media, and corporate branding activities.

• Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

• Track marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Supervise the team and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
