Promote and sell gold jewellery and related products.

Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable products.

Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Explain relevant product information to customers.

Assist with daily retail outlet operations.

Support other outlets when required due to manpower needs.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
