Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and concrete production activities at the batching plant (Kuantan).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of concrete orders and smooth delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with site teams and relevant departments for operational efficiency.
• Monitor and record raw material usage and manage incoming material documentation.
• Collect, organize, and courier operational documents to HQ within the required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain plant equipment and infrastructure, optimizing asset performance and lifespan.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support plant operations.

Job Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Engineering or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in plant operations, preferably in construction or concrete batching.
• Knowledge of concrete batching processes is preferred.
• Able to work independently with strong responsibility and problem-solving skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to be based on-site (Kuantan).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
