About IMEC Hygiene

Established in 1992, IMEC Hygiene Sdn. Bhd. is a one-stop hygiene solutions provider offering professional cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment, waste management solutions and AI-powered cleaning and delivery robotics. We help businesses across various industries improve hygiene standards, operational efficiency and cleaning performance.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote IMEC's cleaning detergent, cleaning equipment, hygiene solutions and AI robotics products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations and customer enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the company's system.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or account management is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.(Klang Valley area only)
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
