Our client in the Consumer industry is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team!

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3–5 year category roadmaps by synthesizing market trends, syndicated data (Nielsen/Kantar), and emerging dietary insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Direct cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain) through the Stage-Gate process to bring continuous product innovations, packaging redesigns, and sustainable renovations from concept to national rollout.
• Direct high-impact omnichannel campaigns across linear, digital, paid social, and influencer channels while steering agency partners to achieve creative excellence and maximized ROAS.
• Collaborate with Account and Category Management on Joint Business Planning (JBP), optimizing in-store planograms, trade merchandising, and digital Retail Media Networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon).
• Manage Price-Pack Architecture (PPA) across retail channels to deliver competitive pricing, ideal pack sizes, and profitable promotional strategies.
• Take full financial accountability for revenue, gross margin, A&P budget allocation, and joint monthly consensus forecasting (S&OP) alongside Commercial Finance.
• Embody strong line management to develop internal talent, foster cross-functional collaboration, and influence local, regional, and global stakeholders to streamline ways of working.
• Empowered to make day-to-day decisions on campaign execution, retail promotional plans, and cross-functional alignment while consulting Line Manager on major strategic pivots or budget reallocations.

Requirements:

• 10+ Years FMCG Experience in brand strategy, P&L management, and product innovation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence regional/global stakeholders.
• Mandarin/Japanese/Korean fluency is an added advantage!
