This is a full time permanent role for our restaurant at Saujana, across to Oasis Ara Damansara. We are ONLY looking for Malaysians or non Malaysians who have spouse dependancy visa for this role at the moment.

In addition to your core role as a barista, we expect you to support the service crew in taking customer orders and serving customers during peak hours of the business. The ability to communicate effective in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a key requirement for this role.

As a barista, you will prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages while delivering friendly customer service and keeping the café space clean and organized.

Your core duties and responsibilities are:

• Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, pull espresso shots, calibrate grinders, steam and texture milk, and craft hot or cold drinks according to exact recipes and standards
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, explain flavor profiles or menu items, make recommendations, and handle special requests or complaints
• Cash Handling and POS Operations: Process cash, credit card, and mobile or digital point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and filter brewers
• Sanitation and Safety: Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including sanitizing counters, tables, and equipment, and properly disposing of expired ingredients
• Inventory and Stock Management: Restock cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and milk throughout the shift, and monitor inventory levels
• Store Operations: Support opening or closing duties, assist with light food prep (such as pastries or sandwiches), and maintain a calm, efficient pace during morning rushes.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
