As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Construction Manager** specializing in **Steel Structures** to lead our site operations, drive project delivery, and elevate our technical standards.

The Role

As our **Construction Manager**, you will hold full operational and site management accountability for multi-million-dollar structural steel projects. You will bridge the gap between engineering, fabrication workshops, and site erection, ensuring that all structural assemblies are safely delivered on time, within scope, and to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Site & Project Leadership:** Oversee daily site operations, crane logistics, steel erection sequences, and site teams across key project phases.

* Fabrication to Erection Coordination:** Interface seamlessly with workshop managers, structural detailers, and shop coaters to schedule delivery, assembly, and erection sequences efficiently.

* Safety & Compliance (EHS):** Establish and maintain strict safety standards on site, including fall protection, heavy lifting plans, rigging safety, and hot-work protocols.

* Budget & Schedule Management:** Monitor project milestones, manpower allocation, and site budgets, driving profitability without compromising quality or safety.

* Subcontractor & Vendor Management:** Lead sub-contractors, crane operators, riggers, and welders, maintaining rigorous quality assurance (QA/QC) and bolt/weld inspection standards.

* Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as the primary site representative in client progress meetings, working closely with main contractors, structural engineers, and local building authorities.

What We Are Looking For

*Experience: 8+ years in construction site management, with a minimum of 5 years focused specifically on **structural steel erection, heavy fabrication, or industrial steel framing**.

*Education: Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical trade background.

* Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of steel connection details, welding standards, heavy lifting/rigging operations, crane setup, and structural tolerances.

* Certifications: Relevant Site Safety Manager certifications, Rigging/Lifting Supervisor qualifications, or PMP/Certified Construction Manager credentials preferred.

* Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing site crews, resolving complex engineering bottlenecks, and maintaining positive working relationships under tight deadlines.
