"Carry out electrical repair and maintenance work for the factory and warehouse;

• Be familiar with PLC programming, commissioning and optimization;
• Independently or jointly carry out repair and maintenance of electrical systems for tire production equipment;
• Implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment functionality and safe operation;
• Carry out necessary parts replacement, adjustment and optimization;
• Support smooth production line operations and assist with technical improvements and continuous optimization;
• Respond quickly to equipment failures, troubleshoot problems and report promptly to minimize downtime;
• Comply with SOPs and safety regulations to ensure compliance with OSHA, Machinery Act, BOMBA and ISO standards;
• Possess basic electrical troubleshooting and hands-on skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma / Certificate in Mechatronics / Automation / Electrical Engineering

- PLC programming (e.g. Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron);
- Industrial automation control systems (SCADA / HMI);
- Industrial robots or production line automation equipment;
- Basic troubleshooting of electrical control and automation systems

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
