Role Description The Manager, Sales & Planning is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara. This role oversees sales performance across assigned outlets, plans and implements sales strategies, and works closely with operations and merchandising teams to optimize product mix, promotions, and pricing. The manager analyzes sales data, forecasts demand, and prepares regular performance reports and action plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring store KPIs, guiding store teams on sales initiatives, coordinating with marketing on campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets related to sales activities, and supporting continuous improvement in retail processes.

- Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple outlets or projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to guide and influence store teams toward sales targets.
