Passionate about beauty, skincare, and FMCG? Love working with creators and diving into data? We’re looking for a KOL Specialist to manage and scale TikTok KOL campaigns aligned with brand strategies and timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or related field

• Experience in KOL/talent management would be an added advantage

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends

• Data-aware and comfortable analysing campaign metrics

• Familiar with TikTok and influencer marketing

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin) will be an added advantage to effectively communicate with KOLs and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Do

• Source, evaluate, and manage TikTok KOLs

• Execute KOL campaigns from briefing to reporting

• Liaise with KOL agencies for campaign execution and coordination

• Ensure content aligns with brand direction and timelines

• Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise results

• Stay on top of TikTok trends and creator landscape
