Min SPM or equivalent

Coordinate and support retail execution activities across assigned stores.

Work closely with the Consumer Advisor team to ensure excellent in-store execution and customer experience.

Monitor product availability, merchandising standards, promotions and display quality.

Analyse sales and store execution data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist in planning field activities, product launches and promotional campaigns.

Conduct store visits to understand market trends and gather consumer insights.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance retail operations and execution excellence.
