all Global Business regions, and SF implementation consultants to ensure the

solution meets both global standards and the statutory and business requirements

of the various countries/regions where we operate;

- Support employee data migration, cleansing, and validation between legacy

systems and SuccessFactors;

- Act as the first-level system administrator after go-live: role/permission

Core HR Operations (Employee Lifecycle — Global Scope)

including onboarding, probation confirmation, internal transfer, promotion,

secondment/assignment support, and offboarding/resignation processes;

- Prepare, process, and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and

documentation in accordance with company policies and the statutory requirements

of the relevant country/region, leveraging in-country HR vendors and local partners

as needed;

- Administer and track statutory benefits and compliance matters in coordination

with payroll and external vendors across regions (e.g., Malaysia's EPF, SOCSO, EIS,

HRD Corp; plus a working knowledge of comparable statutory schemes in other

operating countries);

- Support immigration/visa-related administration for expatriates, international

assignees, and foreign hires across regions, in partnership with the Global Mobility

team and local immigration partners;

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data, ensuring data

privacy compliance and audit readiness;

- Handle routine employee inquiries and ER matters with professionalism, escalating

complex cases appropriately;

- Support HR policy localization and employee communications across regions,

contributing to a consistent employee experience throughout the Global Business;

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a

related field;

- 3–5 years of HR operations or HRIS experience, preferably in multinational

companies (MNCs) or regional/shared-services environments covering multiple

countries;

- Hands-on HRIS implementation or administration experience is required; SAP

SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) is strongly preferred, and solid

experience with Workday or an equivalent global HRIS will also be considered;

- Experience working in or with global organizations, with the ability to collaborate

effectively across time zones, cultures, and with regional stakeholders worldwide

and HQ China;

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and statutory HR practices (Employment

understanding of labor and statutory requirements in other countries/regions where

the Global Business operates;

- Familiarity with employment pass / work permit and cross-border mobility

processes is a plus;

- Strong data mindset: proficient in Excel and comfortable with reporting, data

migration, and system testing;

- Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage for collaboration

with HQ China;

- High learning agility, detail-oriented, responsible and resilient, with the ability to

work independently in a fast-growing global setup;

- Strong stakeholder management and service orientation, able to balance global

standards with multi-country execution realities.
