We develop driven individuals into high-performing advisors through PRUVenture-i — a structured program focused on real-world sales execution, financial advisory skills, and income growth.

Role Summary

This is not a typical “intern” role.

As a Sales & Marketing / Financial Consultant, you will be directly involved in client acquisition, advisory, and revenue generation. You will learn how to build a client base, close cases, and scale your income through structured training and mentorship under PRUVenture-i.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach potential clients (online & offline)
• Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable takaful solutions
• Execute marketing strategies, including social media and personal branding
• Build, manage, and grow your own client portfolio
• Attend structured training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Consistently follow up leads and convert them into cases
• Hit and exceed monthly performance targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Malaysian, aged 23 – 40 years
• Diploma/Degree in any relevant field (or strong willingness to learn)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Highly driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Comfortable with sales, rejection, and performance-based income
• Able to work independently and take ownership of results
• Own transport is preferred
