Minimum Diploma qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, Engineering, or any related field.

Candidates with experience in production supervision, shop floor operations, or warehouse management will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of QMS, EMS, safety requirements, and production processes.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise, train, and guide workers.

Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Lead store workers to execute stock handling, movement and storage according to schematic layout and business plan.

Responsible for up keeping the cleanliness, tidiness in the shop floor.

Execute the shop floor activities with compliance to requirement of QMS, EMS and safety rules.

Supervise workers work performance and provide necessary training for them.

Feedback to superior on any issues related to the deviation of QMS, EMS and safety rules for taking necessary action.

Collaborate with superior on improvement projects.

Execute any specific tasks given from superior.
