Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably within the interior fit-out, renovation, or construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Good command of written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
Highly self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project timelines and deadlines.
岗位职责
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out and renovation works, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Calculate material quantities, labour costs, and overall project budgets to ensure project milestones are achievable within the approved budget.
Monitor project costs against budgets and identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Review and evaluate contractor quotations, bids, and tender submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines, budgets, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage and review progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts in coordination with the site and project teams.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of construction materials, material usage, and on-site inventory.
Maintain comprehensive documentation on project progress, material usage, costs, and site activities, and prepare regular project reports.
Act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure effective communication and smooth project coordination.
Provide support on contractual and legal matters, including assisting in the resolution of construction-related disputes and contractual issues.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and successful project completion.
