We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to support business development activities, client acquisition, and tender administration. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build their career in sales and government-related business opportunities.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1–2 years of sales or business development experience will be an advantage.

Basic understanding of ePerolehan and government procurement processes is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.

Possess own transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with exposure to tender preparation or government-related projects will have an added advantage.

Experience dealing with government agencies or public sector clients is encouraged.

Familiarity with procurement platforms and tender documentation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.

Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.

Assist in monitoring opportunities through ePerolehan and other procurement platforms.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of documents.

Assist in achieving departmental sales targets and KPIs.
