We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Ipoh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, managing content and social media, coordinating promotions and strengthening our brand presence, while also contributing to business growth through sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and activities for the branch.
• Develop creative marketing ideas and strategies to increase brand awareness, customer traffic and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging marketing content, promotional materials, photos and short-form videos.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, collaborations and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends and customer preferences.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for Management.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies based on business needs and market trends.
• Support new campaigns, events, outlet activities and other company marketing initiatives.
• Actively generate sales and identify new business opportunities to achieve business and revenue objectives.
• Source and approach potential corporate clients, event organisers, companies, schools, communities and other potential partners.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert opportunities into sales.
• Promote and secure corporate bookings, events, catering, collaborations and other revenue-generating opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 –4 years of experience in Marketing or a related position.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail or consumer-related industries is an advantage.
• Creative and knowledgeable in social media and digital marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting customers and external parties.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
• Proactive, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven and willing to take initiative to generate business.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Possess own transport is an advantage.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
