Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field

Familiar with social media platforms and current trends

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools

Creative, proactive and willing to learn

Good customer service and interpersonal skills

Able to communicate professionally with clients

Manage and update company social media platforms

Assist in creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms

Create simple graphics, videos and promotional materials using Canva/CapCut

Respond to customer/client enquiries through social media, WhatsApp and other channels

Assist in handling customer feedback and follow-ups professionally

Support marketing activities, campaigns and company events

Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required
